Harriet Welty Rochefort and Philippe Rochefort are experienced and sought-after speakers on Franco-American cultural differences. Newcomers to Paris (Lycée International, CECI...) Paris community outreach programs (American Library in Paris, American Women's Group etc.)

Harriet and Philippe's talks cover the French and food, the French and education, the French and business, the French and "their way", Franco-American relations and are ideally suited to university study abroad programs as well as groups of individuals ranging from people doing business in France and their spouses to groups travelling to France wishing for a better understanding of French society. Harriet Welty Rochefort is American.  A freelance writer and author of two informative and lighthearted books on the French ("French Toast" and "French Fried"), she is currently working on a third book about the French. Philippe Rochefort is French, a retired international banker (see resume) and a graduate of the elite "grandes écoles".  After retirement in 2005, he earned his Master's in History from the Sorbonne.
